Gentle Hatha with Chair (Level 1) | 4-Week Series

𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝗴𝗮 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀.

The purpose of this Gentle Hatha Yoga class offered each Friday morning is to gently advance your personal yoga practice. Whether you are striving to evolve your yoga poses or just beginning to learn the poses, this series will boost your progress.

The occasional use of the chair facilitates your safe, deep release into your personal, unique version of each pose. With the chair you will be able to release deeper than you ever have before and with better, safer form. Each class will begin with a warm-up, progress to explore a category of yoga poses, and then wind down to finish with a well-earned restful savasana pose.
